I was never given a contact number or instructions to contact carrentals.com in the event of a problem. I certainly would have called carrentals.com had they given me a number to use in case of a problem. I was stuck at the airport at 10pm with no car.
This is exactly the type of situation where your company must step in to make things right. Clearly carrentals.com is not explicitly at fault for the fact that Fox rental cars decided to close and go home early on a Saturday night but as a broker you are responsible for the vendors/providers that you employ to provide services as promised. When your vendor/provider doesnt do what they are supposed to do you must take responsibility which you are refusing to do. 041b061a72
